I am finishing my studies and I am looking for someone to rent my lovely room from 15th of April onwards.
It is a huge double room on the 3rd floor with its own balcony.
The room has two chest drawers, desk, shellf, wardrobe and a table.
You will share kitchen, bathroom and toilet with two female and one male student.
Council Tax not included in the bills - Students are exempt from council tax
You will have to pay two moths in advance £1100 and £300 deposit plus rent for the month which is £550.
PLEASE NOTE, you will not pay rent for the last two moths of your contract because you would have already payed two months in advance.
