Bright double room in large central Kingston Flat

Wake up in your DOUBLE BED with the sun poking through the brand new WOODEN SHUTTERS on your window. Take a look at your tired yet devilishly hansom face in your own* BRAND NEW TILED BATHROOM, while you toast your feet on the UNDERFLOOR HEATING (which you'll find throughout the entire flat).

Drink your morning coffee at the Juliette BALCONY over looking central Kingston, as the rising sun shines through the kitchen windows, filling the OPEN PLAN FLAT with light all day long as it curves around the 3rd floor corner flat.

Cook your breakfast on the brand NEW OVEN with GAS HOB! No time to wash up, no problem... stick it in the DISHWASHER!

Walk 4 mins (I've timed it) to Kingston Station to work... Head back in the evening for a drink on the RIVER THAMES. Pick up a takeaway or maybe use the fresh food you picked up at KINGSTON MARKET (which runs daily) that you stocked in the SEPARATE FOOD PANTRY to make dinner. Tuck in to your culinary masterpiece on the SOLID OAK KITCHEN TABLE - maybe listening to a 45 on the RECORD PLAYER... (you'll obviously be listening to something cool like Kate Bush, Fleetwood Mac or Foals, obviously)

Then kick back and watch a film on the CINEMA SIZED FLAT SCREEN (not literally cinema sized but very big!) sharing a beer/tea/coffee with your awesome flat mate (me). Check your emails/social media using SKY BROADBAND before a new day begins in your amazing flat!

Other awesome things you might want to know about:

Wooden floors through out the flat. Carpet in bedrooms.
Thermostat in every single room
Brand new Fridge-freezer - obviously
Cool new furniture in living room
Brand new (never slept in) double bed.
3rd floor no lift - (it's like having your own gym)
Brand new Washer/Dryer
I have an awesome 3 year old son who stays on the weekends. We tend to go away for the weekend so you may find yourself with the place to yourself more often than not.
I work as a writer/director in the film industry which means sometimes I work from home and sometimes not...

How to get the odd cooked breakfast/evening meal out of me:

Be tidy and clean
Keep the shared living space a place of zen relaxation
Wash once you've cooked
Don't leave food 'Science experiments' in the fridge

*your Bathroom is just off the hallway so although you will be the main user, guests will use it. And as it's the only bathroom with a bath I will use it to bath my son on the weekends. Still, pretty awesome right?

COUPLES:

I will consider couples moving in although this will adjust the rent to £900 PCM.
