I am looking for a friendly and considerate person to rent my room while I'm away(10 March - 26 March 2017).
Quiet location in a cul de sac near Kingston gate of Richmond Park. Would suit nature lover.
Sharing with two lovely ladies.
Bedroom is furnished with wardrobe, mirrors and desk.
Shared use of bathroom with one other person.
There is a shared kitchen/ dining area inc dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer microwave, etc.
Large garden, beautiful views over Richmond Park. The garden wall is the wall of the park.
Easy going house, visitors come and go. On and off street parking, no parking restrictions.
The 371 bus goes to Richmond (20 mins) in one direction and Kingston (7mins) in the other, and that is 3mins walk away.
Norbiton & Kingston stations are within walking distance.
Richmond Park entrance is 5 mins walk and Hampton Court is 10 mins drive or 55 mins scenic walk along River Thames.
