I have a smart double room available for single occupancy to rent in a 3 bed ground floor flat in the best part of Kingston.
I live in 1 room so there will only ever be max 3 people living in the flat. The place was recently refurbished from floor to ceiling in a very contemporary style so the place looks great. Rooms are all recently decorated with 48" flat screen TV with Freeview, Netflix and fast WiFi throughout. Shared living spaces are modern kitchen, super bath/shower room, living & dining room.
I'm looking for guests who are quiet, very clean and tidy professionals & respectful of the other tenants, neighbours and my place.
The flat is opposite Kingston Hospital. Norbiton Stn. Is very close and has regular 25min service into Waterloo. 24hr buses to Wimbledon outside the door.
Beautiful Richmond Park is 300m away.
Kingston town center and the river just 10 mins walk or 5 mins on the many buses.
Off road parking is available and Kingston hospital is across the road.
