The deposit is the same as the room rate, this is protected via the Deposit Protection Service. We also work with a 'no deposit scheme' provider. So instead of you paying the equivalent of a month's rent for a security deposit (refundable), you can pay the equivalent of a week's worth of rent to an insurance company (non-refundable).
