Surrey, Lingfield, RH7, studio bungalow is not far from the station and only 45 min to Victoria in Central London. This lovely decorated cosy semi detached studio bungalow with some utilities is available to rent semi furnished with bed base , sofa , dining set, desk and fitted furniture . Some utility bills ( sewage and water) are included . We also include a complementary wifi . A potential tenant have to pay for TV licence, electricity , council tax and wifi if they prefer their own connection/ package . The open plan studio cottage is fantastic for those who do not want to share the communal space and it is located in the grounds of a lovely listed building called The Garth ( an old workhouse built in 1729) with 9 acre of beautiful grounds designed by an Arts and Crafts architect Walter H Godfrey with secure gated entrance and cctv 24/7 for the common areas of the grounds .
We are looking for a considerate professional single person without children or pets. It may be small for a couple, however we rented this cottage to couples in the past. The cottage will be definitely too small for a family.  The use of the grounds are complementary including the use of the all year round tennis court and the open unheated pool in summer. There will be a proper contract with referencing and we require 1 month deposit.
