Suit student or professional with car or willing to use public transport. Convenient for A3 (Guildford 6 miles, Godalming 2 miles) Station 25mins walk. Bus stop 10mins (to Godalming/Guildford).
If you like minimal, hyper-tidy this is not the place for you! I would prefer someone who works during the day and like us(live-in landlords) has an active social life so we are all out a lot but can enjoy a little company from time to time.
