Big kitchen dinner with washing machine sharing by all four residents. There is also a conservatory and a big garden. Easy access to transport to Tooting train ,Tube station and buses to Kingston, Tooting, Sutton and Croydon etc. Tennis court is five minutes walk . Bills include Gas, Electricity, Council Tax, water bill and TV licence. Broadband is shared among the residents.
The rent is £450.00 per calendar month.

The place is kept cleaned by all residents.
