For the right person it may be available from 16th of December to middle of March.
This is a newly decorated and furnished double room in a 3 bed house near Colliers Wood station.

This is newly decorated throughout (new carpets, painting, brand new furniture). The house has 2 living rooms so plenty of space. One living room has a sofa bed and can be used for family/guests to stay. The living rooms have 2 comfy sofas, big TV with SkyTV and Netflix and all other apps you'd like to have! The living room has an open plan kitchen in it featuring all of the kitchen appliances and opens up to the garden.

The house has two bathrooms, one has a shower/toilet and one has bath/shower & toilet. You will probably be the only person using the shower next to your room. Because there is a separate bathroom upstairs.

Rent is £800 including bills. Bills includes Wifi, Sky TV, TV license, Electric, gas, water and council tax.

There is also off-street parking.

I am a live-in landlord (38 yr old professional male) and live in one of the rooms. I work as a Managing Director and in my spare time I'd like to hit the gym as much as possible and I go away to visit my family every other weekend. I'd like to create a cosy, friendly living environment in the house, share a glass of wine from time to time but also respect each others personal space.

Local amenities walking distance include Sainsburys, M&S, Aldi, Boots, Nandos, Starbucks, Currys PC World, Dunelm, Next, JD Sports, TK Max, Holland and Barret, Pizza Hut, Frankie & Bennys and 2 gyms.

Wimbledon is a 15 minute bus journey also from the local bus stop if the District Line is required.
