Short term, temporary stays welcome.
Maximum short term stays upto 3 months. After this period a further extension can be given subject to review. Aim is to not have anyone tied into anything if they are unhappy.
Suitable for students or people in need of affordable, decent accommodation.

Ideal people for property are those who are clean and tidy and take their personal hygiene as well as general hygiene serious.
Live in landlord, but not usually present within accomodation due to working schedule. Wants people who will respect and look after the property.
