We're looking for someone to enjoy living in Collier's Wood / Mitcham. The house has a large kitchen, upstairs bath/shower room with toilet, downstairs toilet and shower next to the room on offer and private garden. Own parking space.
We love cooking and there's a huge and well equipped kitchen for who loves to cook. Private garden to enjoy the summer sunshine. We grow a lot of organic veg and you're welcome to share and contribute your own plants also if you want. Clean and tidy house where you can find your own space and peace, but also be social if you want to. We have a beautiful friendly cat so cat lovers welcome.
There is an ASDA at the end of the street and within 10 minutes walk there are 4 major supermarkets, a huge park, a major sports centre with swimming pool etc. Within 15 minutes walk are Northern line tube, trains to Victoria / London Bridge (Mitcham Eastfields), Thameslink (Tooting) and Tram to Wimbeldon (Phipps Bridge). Buses from end of the street.. And of course if you have a car there's your own parking space too.
