We are looking to rent a well-lit freshly renovated large double room in a friendly and happy home.

The room is a refurbished attic conversion, so sits separate from the rest of the house for privacy. It comes fully furnished including a desk and plenty of additional storage. There is also a Tv Ariel connection point. All Bills are included and super fast fibre WIFI.

There are plenty of transport links in the area:
Mitcham Tram Stop is a 3min walk away with links Wimbledon (12mins) and Croydon (10mins).
Regular buses also nearby with links to Morden (10 mins) and Tooting (15mins)

You would have access to the Kitchen and Garden of course. We have a fully fitted kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine.

About us:
We are a clean and quiet family of three currently living there. Myself (28) and parents, who are all professionals. We enjoy cooking, watching films and are easy-going.

As a security we ask for a months deposit of £800 and you can choose to pay weekly or per month in advance.

In terms of documentation we wouldrequire the following:
1. Some form of ID (eg. passport or driving licence)
2. A reference from your previous/existing landlords.
3. Proof of employment and income from your employer.
4. Proof of current address (e. g. utility bill/letter)
