Double room for rent in lovely victorian terraced garden flat. The room is available from around end of July. I don’t have an exact date as the tenant who is moving out of the room is buying a property and is in the last stages of the sale. Therefore a flexible move in date would be appreciated if possible. The property has been on the market for sale for more than a year but with no interest at the moment - unsure how long it will take to sell. Minimum 3 month contract with flexible end date dependant on if the property sells at all etc.

We are looking for a clean and tidy non smoker to join this flat share with two other flatmates - 2 males. The flat is a 3 bedroom garden flat over two floors. It has two bathrooms, a large kitchen diner (which also has 2 fridges) with a lounge area, plus a separate lounge. We are looking for someone who is easy going, likes flat sharing, is clean and tidy, in employment and is a non smoker and can see themselves staying for at least 3 months.

The room for rent has a double bed & large wardrobe and a set of draws, It really is a great room.

The rent is £675 per month. The rent includes the following bills, council tax, water, internet, TV licence and a monthly payment of £75 for Gas and Electricity (any money owing for Gas and Electricity over and above these payments is split between 3 and payable each quarter.

It's located in the Tooting Gravney area. Tooting overground station (Thameslink) which is very close less than 5 mins walk and this runs to the City. The nearest tube station is Tooting Broadway (Northern Line) which is 10 mins walk or there are numerous regular buses which take you to the tube. Parking is by permit which you can apply for and will cost £80 for a year.
