The property has been on the market for sale for more than 2 years but with no interest at the moment - unsure how long it will take to sell. Minimum 3 month contract with flexible end date dependant on if the property sells at all etc.

We are looking for a clean and tidy non smoker to join this flat share with two other flatmates - 2 males. The flat is a 3 bedroom garden flat over two floors. It has two bathrooms, a large kitchen diner (which also has 2 fridges) with a lounge area, plus a separate lounge. We are looking for someone who is easy going, likes flat sharing, is clean and tidy, in employment and is a non smoker and can see themselves staying for at least 3 months.

The room for rent has a kingsize bed, large sofa and a set of bedside draws. It has an ensuite bathroom which includes, sink, toilet and bath with overhead shower. There is also a large storage area on the landing outside the room where you can store clothes etc. It really is a great room - see photos.

The rent is £800 per month. The rent includes the following bills, council tax, water, internet, TV licence and a monthly payment of £75 for Gas and Electricity (any money owing for Gas and Electricity over and above these payments is split between 3 and payable each quarter.

It's located in the Tooting Gravney area. Tooting overground station (Thameslink) which is very close less than 5 mins walk and this runs to the City. The nearest tube station is Tooting Broadway (Northern Line) which is 10 mins walk or there are numerous regular buses which take you to the tube. Parking is by permit which you can apply for and will cost £80 for a year.
