Cheap Single Room! Fun Mitcham House.

Great opportunity !

We are 5 guys 1 girl living in a massive place made up of 3 houses connected by a common garden, which is wicked in the summer for BBQs, parties etc. We also have a hot tub!


The main house (aka where your room will be) has 3 bedrooms, a games room, a huge living area, kitchen and one bathroom.

The vibe in the house(s) is friendly and sociable and all about the good times! (Though we don’t take the mick when we’re working, obvs). Having social spaces which is rare in London) makes this possible!

Your room is definitely on the small side but ideally you won’t be someone that spends all their time in there, so shouldn’t be too much of a problem! ;) the room will come with a bed and bookcase but no other furniture currently. It has a big window with lots of light, and the previous tenant did actually fit a desk in there.

We are looking for someone fun but professional, who cleans up after themselves etc. Comfortable with the sociable, fun and relaxed vibe of the house.

We also have a house cat called Kai!

Alex and Ollie both works in sales for cruise companies, Graham is a full time student, Manuela is a teacher, Raffa is a software developer and Alex S is a mortgage advisor. We’re into drinking, watching films and documentaries, playing football, watching football, gaming, raving, travelling and just generally socialising.
The house is located 10 minute walk (5 if you run) from Mitcham Eastfields.

35m to Kings Cross

Nightbus 118 from Liverpool St. to Morden.

Bills on top but shared so it's lower.
