You would have a private bedroom and bathroom, which is all fully furnished and has a TV in. I have two lounges and a garden. There is also parking here.
It is a 12 minute walk to Tooting Broadway which is the northern line and a 4 minute walk to Tooting overground which gets you into Farringdon in 20 minutes.
The price includes all bills - including sky.
I have a girlfriend who lives in Madrid, and comes home once a month at weekends so I doubt you’d see her much. I also go out there once a month for a long weekend.
Available from 1st September.
Couples are welcome but will be a little higher rent as bills would be more!
