Double room available in a 3 bed house.
You will be sharing the house with one other person only, the landlady.
The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac by Mitcham common, less than 10 minutes walk to Mitcham Eastfields train station which takes you to Victoria in 20 mins and to Kings Cross in 35 mins. Nearest tube stops are Colliers Wood (10 mins on bus or 35 mins walk) or Balham (one stop on the train).
The house has a large garden.
Parking is on street, no parking permit needed.

The rent includes all bills (including fast internet, Netflix, Amazon prime).

Moving in date is flexible.
