Light and spacious double room in a well prestented family home. Includes double bed, wardrobe and featured fireplace. Room is on the ground floor, this is the only bedroom on the ground floor, then kitchen/ dinner and a big garden were we like to have pretty flowers and sunbath in the summer. House has a drive way, free parking. Situated on a quite street within a short walk to Toooting high street. Ideal for working/ studying at St Georges Hospital.
Plenty of shops within walking distance.

Tooting overground station - 10min walk
Few minutes walk to all the bus stops going Tooting, Stretham or other way towards Mitcham, Morden.

We all busy with life, working life and social life and mostly preffer to be socialising outside, so house is very quite and peacfull, well most of the time... Great space to recharge and rest.
