I am looking for a tidy, clean lodger who is professional, independent, respectful and wanting a quiet and peaceful home. Flat is spacious, newly decorated with a loved garden. We will be sharing a bathroom and some space will be allocated in the kitchen. Cleaner comes in every two weeks, this is included in the rent. The flat is on a quiet cul-de-sac, 2 minutes walk to Mitcham tram stop. Excellent transport links, close to a gym and wonderful park walks close by.
