In exchange for discounted rent, she is looking for a trustworthy, helpful, and kind housemate to assist with everyday tasks. This is a live-in companionship and support arrangement, not a professional medical care role.

What You Will Do? Helping with food shopping or collecting pre-ordered groceries. Light housework: Assisting with basic cleaning, taking out bins, and keeping communal spaces tidy. Errands: Picking up prescriptions or handling occasional small tasks.

Most utility bills included apart from council tax.

The Ideal Tenant: Kind, patient, and respectful of an older person's space and routine. Clean, tidy, and organised. Has a stable routine (working or studying). Able to provide excellent character references and undergo a background check (DBS check).
