You’ll be sharing with Salia and Jonny and taking over my room.
Both professional’s in their late 20’s early thirties, Jonny works a mix of finance and as a musician! Salia is a doctor at St George’s Hospital.
Looking for an all round good human, that is friendly, easy-going and looking for a place to call home! Someone who is happy to have their own space, as well as socialising in the flat over a glass of wine/dinner/netflix or pop out to the local pub or for a walk .
The location
Located on the cusp of Tooting and Streatham, very well connected with lots of transport options very close by - the area is surrounded by many options for eating, drinking and socialising and has multiple links into central London.
We have a park across the road, with ping pong tables, outside gym and a free tennis courts.
There is also a large Supermarket less than a 5mins walk, open till 10pm.

Transport
Tooting Broadway tube (Northern Line) 8mins away by bus. Bus stops at the end of the road with buses passing every 3-5 mins inc night buses.
Tooting rail station 10 mins walk or 4 mins by bus.
Mitcham Eastifelds Station 5 mins walk - direct trains into Victoria, Farringdon, Blackfriars, St. Pancras/Kings Cross etc.

£950pcm Inc All Bills. Large Double room. Furnished with double bed, comes under bed storage, huge built in wardrobes, large chest of drawers, shelving.
The room has a lot of storage and water space!

Open to a long term flatmate or a long term Mon-Fri.
