I am moving out of the country and leaving behind a beautiful house with a huge garden & park view!

The room is a spacious double bed with bay window. The deal comes with an additional office space (a converted single room next door), ideal to work from home. Both rooms are on the first floor, facing south and a quiet dead-end road... Without mentioning the park and amazing sunset views every day!
I'll be leaving behind the bed, a tall L-shape wardrobe and a tall chest of 5 drawers.

The house has been my home for 3 years and is just amazing! Spread over two floors and recently renovated, you'll be sharing the rest of the house, which includes:
- 1 full bathroom upstairs
- 1 toilet downstairs
- living room
- kitchen & dining room
- huge garden at the back
- tiny additional storage room

My friend will still be living there - she's a full time professional, very clean and tidy, who loves her peace but also sharing experiences.

I am moving out in May (not set a date yet) and looking for someone to take over my contract, which is due to end at the end of September. You will be welcome to take over it for longer than the initial 4/5 months and stay for longer, but it will have to go through the agency at that stage.

Bills are currently included in the price shown (internet, electric & gas, water, council tax).
Additional: Option of cleaner once a month (£60) or every 2 weeks (£35/40 each)
