The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 toilets across 3 floors. There is a large lounge, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a toilet downstairs. Middle floor has the bathroom (shared) with power shower and 2 bedrooms. Attic floor has 2 bedrooms. The monthly rent is inclusive of all bills (gas, electric, water, council tax) and internet.
There is free off-street parking. You will be sharing with a friendly and respectful south asian Muslim family (parents and adult daughter) who enjoy a peaceful home environment and value both family time and everyone's privacy. We are looking for a clean, respectful female who will appreciate a quiet, family-oriented household.
