Looking for respectful professional/mature student to enjoy but care for my home. I will pop in to the property occasionally as I’m still doing up the garden and to undertaken general ongoing maintenance.

10min walk to Tooting train station (Thameslink).

2 min walk to Tesco Express and various take aways, cafe, beauty salon and more. Lidl just a 12 min walk away.

Large garden with covered patio area to rear available to enjoy year round. On street parking available with permit.
