A fantastic house-share to get the most out of London, relax, and feel at home.

THE DOUBLE ROOM
A light and spacious double room, on the top floor, making it very quiet. The private office makes it great for homeworkers. It has plenty of storage space, and the bed comes with a very comfy hybrid mattress.

THE FLATMATES
Jas, Joe and Iain & Buse (sharing a room). Joe, our wonderful live in landlord, works in Sustainability. The ever cool Iain works in advertising, and his fabulous girlfriend Buse is in Marketing. And me, the token Australian, works in Theatre. Oh, and there’s the very affectionate and adorable Bilbo the cat.
We enjoy music, films, cooking, chats, and trashy TV shows (some of us more than others!)

THE HOUSE
- 3 storey mid-terraced Victorian house on a quiet street.
- South facing garden, and a Fishpond!
- Large living room with big TV and 2 sofas
- Sun room/ dining room with French doors out to the garden
- Large kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine and two fridge freezers
- Tumble dryer in the outhouse
- 3 bathrooms with very decent showers, so never any waiting around
- Bicycle stand to lock your bike
- Bills incl: everything (council tax, water, 1gb fibre broadband) except energy which we pay separately
- Weekly cleaner included in bills!
- We installed a finnish sauna in the outhouse which is epic in the colder months.

TRANSPORT
- 45 minutes into Central London via Tooting Broadway (Northern Line)
- Tooting and Mitcham East Fields stations a 10 min walk

THE AREA
Tooting Broadway (10min bus journey) and Broadway Market features great pop up restaurants and bars.

Our Quiet Leafy Street
- Large Lidl 10 mins walk
- Tesco local 5 mins walk
- Figges Marsh Park and tennis courts is just a 5 min jog/10 min walk
- Streatham common & Tooting common is just a 15 min jog/25 min walk
