Mitcham Tram Stop is a 3min walk away with links Wimbledon (12mins) and Croydon (10mins).
Regular buses also nearby with links to Morden (10 mins) and Tooting (15mins)

You would have access to the Kitchen and Garden of course. We have a fully fitted kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine.

About us:
We are a clean and quiet couple living with another tenant. . We enjoy cooking, watching films and are easy-going.

As a security we ask for a months deposit of £800 and you can choose to pay weekly or per month in advance.

In terms of documentation we would require the following:

2. A reference from your previous/existing landlords.
3. Proof of employment and income from your employer.
