Current roommates are working professionals. Damien (31 years old, male, Sri Lankan heritage) working in Sainsburys full time as a supervisor, and Nikki (24 years old, female, Sri Lankan heritage) working in a cafe. They are very good friends and are clean and tidy and respect each others space. They like to cook and have a drink when have time. New roommate is Eva and she works full time as an administrator and is friendly and quiet (Hong Kong) works Monday to Friday. I am the live-out landlord. There will be in total 4 people (no couples). 1 person in each room only.

Must be clean, tidy, respectful of house. The house is ideal for working Professionals because it is Clean and spacious.
