Biggin Jungle House Pets, Couples Welcome, All Inc

Dear potential roommate,

After years of nesting and creating a serene atmosphere here I am needing to open my doors and welcome in some company... ideally I will manifest a well demeanoured cat or dog in the process 🐕 🐈

I have 3 rooms to let. 1 extra large, 1 double and a single. The house is a 10 minute walk to Mitcham East fields overground, 15 minute walk to colliers Wood or around 45 minute cycle into the center. We have a huge garden and firepit that is well loved when friends come over.

The living room doubles as my room but will keep it open as much as possible, and while I'm away. I plan to live in my van (kept in the back garden) and to potentially do a bit of travelling over the next few years.

There will be a cleaner and gardener in the future but I would also appreciate it if we can keep the serene atmosphere by keeping it clean, organised and decluttered.
