I will have to leave just a few things inside my room like the guitar, sport things and some decorations that I cant take.
room have led lights, a safe box, a dart board with its darts.
is a fun and comfortable room. the only problem is that by the door is the stairs and since the house is old you can hear people going in and out and up and down stairs, but if you are not a light sleeper then is completely fine, I still ask people to be quite at night which makes the most of a difference.

If you are polite, friendly, decent and clean this is your place, if not then is not your place to live.
We keep to ourselves but also enjoy spending quiet time together in the living room

the Tv is not a Tv is a screen so it works casting from your phone, you can play youtube, netflix, prime video, etc.
I have good speakers on top of my desk, but they can only be used at an appropriate volume to avoid disturbing anyone.

Tooting Broadway nearby.
Mitcham East Fields and Tooting railway stations are a 10 min walk distance. There's a huge park and tennis courts across the street with banks and supermarkets (ASDA, Lidl, Morrissons, Iceland) a 10 min walk away. There is bus stops across the street from the front door with plenty of bus routes including 2 night buses from central London.
