I am looking to rent my flat out for the month whilst I am away.

Subletting the whole property:
- ground floor flat
- 1 bedroom with king size bed, 1 bathroom, homely living room and brand new kitchen
- access to private garden
- furnished - you will need to require your own bedding and towels

Commuting Links:
- 3 min walk to Tooting Overground
- 20 min walk to Tooting Broadway (Northern Line tube station)
- 30 min commute to Central London/ City
- lots of local pubs, restaurants in the area
- lots of grocery shop options/ amenities in the area
-Tooting Common park (15 min walk)

Bills - an extra £50 a week on top of rent.

Details:
- available from 7th Dec 2024 until 4th of Jan 2025
- £600 per week, minimum stay 2 weeks, max stay 4 weeks
- £700 refundable deposit
- no pets
- no smoking
