The rooms:
- Both rooms come with beds, built in wardrobes, and huge mirrors on both sides
- Room 1 is the sunniest in the flat (decorated one)
- Room 2 is the largest room in the flat (empty one)

🏡 The area:
5 minutes from Tooting Railway station and Tooting Broadway is a short walk away.

The area is extremely safe and surrounded by other gorgeous (coloured) English houses. There is a park within a 5 minute walk, a Lidl, Tesco, and asian supermarket 400m away plus lots of yummy takeaways.

Also we have neighbours who are also in their 20’s so it’s a really cool environment to be in. Northern line is a 20 minute walk, and lots of cute cafes are around a 5-10 minute walk away.

👑 A bit about the lucky last one in the flat :
Her name is Hebe, she is absolutely amazing. She’s in her late 20’s and works hybrid in business consulting. She’s a super into her cross fit, and all things fitness. You’ll usually find her horse riding, exercising, going out dancing, in a pub, with her friends, or bingeing the newest Netflix series. Hebe also has her own friend group here so enjoys investing time into those friendships but would like to have someone to has something similar, while also being able to go do fun things together too. We will miss her sorely. I am only moving out due to relocation and the other previous tenant moved to the wops.

💗A bit about you:
Looking for a relaxed but friendly 23+ year old girlie who enjoys socialising, is tidy and respectful, and also wants to be more than just housemates. We’re also preferably looking for someone to stay long term.
