Double room for 1 month available

I am away for one month and have a large double bedroom with working area available from 6th October to 6th November.

I am looking for someone to take the room for the month with all bills, utilities and broadband included.

The house is in a quiet and safe street. Excellent transport links with Colliers Wood station (northern line) only a short walk away. Tram to Croydon and Wimbledon also available. Close to Tooting and St George’s hospital.

You would be sharing with two guys. They are both working professionals, who work Monday - Friday. Ideally we are looking for another sociable and full time working professional.
