Double room for rent in Tooting

Hi all, looking for someone to take my room in my house in Tooting from ideally Nov 1st. Rent is 750pm plus bills, Located about a 5 min walk from Tooting station and about 15 min walk to Tooting Broadway or short bus ride.

The house is a 4 double bedroom house with 2 smaller rooms being used as offices, one by me which is pictured below and handy for anyone WFH. The house also has a large sitting room, garden, 2 bathrooms and a large dining room/Kitchen

You’d be living with 3 lads, 2 from Ireland and one from England. We all get on really well on often head out for a few drinks, cinema etc together so we would ideally be looking for someone social to take the room.
