We have downstairs toilet next to double bedroom you are in .In the double bedroom is handbasin for washing. Upstairds is a bath shower combined. There is storage space in loft if you require.. There are washing and drying facility's in an area on there own .The kitchen has all yiu require. Oven hob air fryers, toaster, sandwich maker ,kettle and a dishwasher. Just throw in dishwasher I switch on at might when fu .I have a building project in garden but have run out of funds. I have a huge front and back garden but back messy will make nice for summer. The area has good connections to bus garage underground station and tram stop all within 10 mins walk .Good shopping withing 10 mins sainsbury savacentre, asda and the tandem centre has clothes shops sport shops etc 10 mins walk. Lots of green space morden Hall Park mitcham Common and figgs marsh. If you have a car always space outside house no e of us drive ok we a get on here so will you welcome to mount road.
