A large, fully furnished double room is available in our welcoming home, ideal for a single person. The room comes with a comfortable ottoman double bed, offering additional storage space, along with a double wardrobe, extra hanging space, a desk and chair, and your own personal fridge.

You'll have access to a shared downstairs shower room with a toilet. While it is shared, you’ll be the main user, as the landlords use a private bathroom upstairs.

The house also includes a beautiful, spacious kitchen and a small garden. Free on-street parking is available in the area.

Convenient transport links: just a 2-minute walk to bus stops, and a 10-minute drive to Streatham Common, Norbury & Mitcham East stations. All bills are included in the rent. Please note, this room is for one person only—no couples. No smokers.

You'll be sharing the house with a friendly couple who are the live-in landlords.
