🏡 Double Room in a Friendly 4-Bed House.

We’re four housemates who’ve turned this house into a home, and we’re looking for someone to join us as I am moving out. If you’re after a friendly, laid-back vibe, we would love to hear from you!

You will be living with:
👩‍🎨 Georgia (27)– Graphic designer and our go-to for creative inspiration.
🧘 Beth (28)– Works in marketing for a hot yoga company, also a yoga instructor. Flexible in more ways than one.
💉 Delta (28) – Nurse extraordinaire and unofficial house therapist.

We all met on Spareroom and have become close friends over the years. We regularly have nights out, meals together, and the odd gig or two. We want someone who’s up for joining in (but no pressure—quiet nights are a thing too!).

**The Room:**
- Upstairs at the back of the house, overlooking the garden—so it’s peaceful and tucked away.
- A cozy, comfortable space to make your own.

**The House:**
- 4 bedrooms (3 upstairs, 1 downstairs).
- Separate living room—perfect for movie nights or lazy Sundays.
- Large kitchen diner with French doors leading to a sunny, south-facing garden!

**The Location:**
- 5-minute walk to Tooting train station (Thameslink).
- 15-minute walk or 5-minute bus ride to Colliers Wood or Tooting Broadway (Northern Line, 24-hour service).
- Bus stop at the end of the road with loads of options.
- Big Lidl and Tesco Express just around the corner.
- Tooting High Street is packed with brunch spots, pubs, restaurants, and markets—all within walking distance or a quick bus ride away.

**The Details:**
- Rent: £600/month (yes really!).
- Bills: Around £100/month (covers water, electricity, WiFi, and council tax).
- Parking available if needed.

**What We’re Looking For:**
This is a home, not just a house, so we’re after someone who’ll fit in with our easygoing, sociable vibe. We do have are own seperate lives so whether you’re up for the odd night out or a chilled evening in, we’d love to hear from you.

I have lived in the house for 3 years and it has now time for me to move out as I have recently bought a flat. I will really miss this place and these girls. It’s genuinely such a great house to live in. I will be completing on my flat at the beginning of Jan, however, the move in date is flexible :)
