We’re looking for a flatmate for a room in our home! 🏡

The house features: Two floors, a spacious kitchen, 2 showers, 1 bathroom, a large living room, and a big backyard.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, desk, chair, TV, drawers, and a wardrobe, plus it gets great natural light thanks to its connection to the backyard.

The house is just a 20 minute walk (12 min by bus) from Mitcham Eastfields station (Overground). From there, you can reach Victoria or London Bridge in 30 minutes. Also Gatwick Airport is just 35 to 45 minutes from the house. There are several nearby bus routes, like the 118 (to Brixton and Streatham), 280 (to Sutton and Tooting Broadway, with a connection to the Northern Line), and 60 (to Croydon and Clapham Common).

Currently, a married couple of professionals (around 38 years old) live here and are looking for a peaceful and respectful atmosphere. We’re seeking a professional or student to share the space. People who love animals are a must, as there are two cats in the house 🐱.
