The flat has a garden, living room, bathroom, kitchen, and is shared with one other. Looking for a working proffessional to take the second room.

The garden is shared with upstairs neighbours, but is mostly used by us. It is accessed via a door in the kitchen and is backed onto by the living room. As well as this private outside space, we are also right by carlingford gardens, a lovely spot for walks and picnics!

Located 6 bus stops away from tooting broadway station, (or a 20 min walk) and 5 mins away from Tooting station (national rail). It is in between two large Lidls, and a short walk from a tesco express. Perfect if you like green space and a welcoming neighbourhood.

Rent is £800 pm. Bills are included and cover Wi-Fi, council tax, energy/gas, water. Please note - if you are looking to take over the lease long term, the full rent would be £875 plus bills starting from mid november.

You will be sharing with a woman (late 20s) who works Mon-Fri in a school.
