A Master Bedroom in a 4 bed 2 bathroom house

A master bedroom available in a 4 bedroom/2 bathroom fully refurbished house share in Mitcham for a working professional. The house benefits from double glazed windows and is really warm even in the winter with minimum heating. The heating can be controlled in each room to the tenant's preference.
We are a household of 4 friends living together, but sadly one of us is moving out at the end of September, so you'd be sharing with 3 professionals 2 female 1 male in their 20s/30s. We're a very respectful and laid back household, all working different schedules and considerate of each other, so we don't mind shift workers. We're definitely not a party house but when our schedules allow we enjoy a nice chat, movie night or a board game night.
The house comes with a fully furnished kitchen with loads of storage (washing machine, tumble dryer and 2 big fridges, microwave, cooker). All the appliances are brand new.
There is a small garden at the back, where current tenants store their bicycles and there is a seating area.
There is a cosy living/dining area.
The room is very spacious and comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, but also has space for any additional furniture you might want to bring.
There are 2 bathrooms in the house - one with just shower and toilet and one with a corner bath, toilet and basin.
We like to keep the house clean and tidy, we have a cleaning rota but most importantly cleaning up after ourselves. We share kitchen appliances and cutlery, etc which you'll be welcome to use, but please leave it clean and ready for the next person to use.

The house is located into a quiet but very well connected area with Mitcham Eastfields train station around the corner, Tooting Train Station around 18 mins walk, Tooting Broadway and Colliers Wood tube stations both around 30 mins walk, or 10/15 mins on the bus depending on traffic. Loads of buses including night routes nearby. Figgs Marsh Park with street fitness facilities, a lot of gyms, shops and restaurants and pubs within short walking distance (Both on Mitcham Town Center and Tooting High Street) Lidl around the corner and a corner shop less than a minute from the house.

Bills are split equally in 4 and they come to around £100 per person per month including gas and electric, super fast Internet (Community Broadband), council tax and water. Gas/electricity and water are on a fixed contract.
