Bed frames are available along with x2 chest of drawers and a small desk.
Rent is £2,700pm - £675 each excluding bills, the current rate of bills + rent is £728 each pm.

Tesco Express is located on the same road with a Lidl five minutes down the road. Mitcham Eastfields and Tooting Broadway station located close by for good travel links.
Currently 1 male tenant studying at St George’s with no preference on gender.
