Come live with us. Me a 36 professional single female and my friendly Chihuahua Diego.
The room has a king bed, huge Ikea wardrobe with mirrors and a new desk is being put in! You will have use of the main bathroom to yourself. I have an en-suite in my room.

Barratt Home Development so there are lovely gardens on the development that can be enjoyed. It is super safe and quiet!
I work from home typically Mondays and Fridays and have a dog walker who comes to see Diego the days I’m in the office.
Sunday-Thursday I’m generally home in the evenings, I workout in the mornings mostly. I have a spin bike at home which you are also welcome to use! I am social on the weekends meeting friends for walks, drinks, house music events and I enjoy salsa dancing.
Short bus or 15 min walk to Colliers Wood Tube (Northern line)
10 mins walk to Phipps Bridge Tram
15 mins walk to Mitcham Eastfields National Rail.
Loads of Lime and Forrest bikes in the area.
5 mins walk to Lidl
5 mins walk to Asda
10 mins walk to PureGym - Brand new opened July.
There is no parking on the development but there are free local streets.
