Looking for a single person to take the large ground-floor double bedroom. We are in a beautiful 4 bedroom terraced house located within walking distance of Streatham, Mitcham and Tooting Broadway. Good connections with Central London in under 45min. You would be sharing with Stefan, Dot and Andrius - 3 professionals (and a cat).
We can arrange a viewing from next week so you can see the room get to meet with us as well.

Located on a quiet tree-lined residential street. Nice neighbours on both sides. The owners (a family with kids) moved further south out and we are renting directly from them.
Large amounts of storage are available throughout the home. There is a large secure shed outside the house - can store your bikes. Extra shed at the back of the garden that's in dry.

The bedroom is one of the largest in the house and is around 4.7x3.8m.
Ground floor - Entrance hallway with storage and oak wooden floors, Large dining/living room, wrap-around patio deck outside and a well equipped kitchen with plenty of storage space, gas hob, microwave, kettle, electric oven and washing machine.
Living room with dining table (same as in the pic), sofa, small coffee table, armchair, a piano, plants.
First floor comes with a large bathroom (bath fitted with normal and electric shower, toilet) as well as a separate toilet with an integrated cloakroom sink.
ABOUT US:
2 males and 1 woman ages 36 - 56. We work in Media, for the Royal Opera House and in Medical logistics.
While we do like to spend time with each other around the place, this is not a party house and everyone respects each other’s space since our jobs require early starts and a good night sleep.
We are pretty chill. We look after the garden (ongoing project). We also have a cat, note that we can’t have other pets at the property.
