Very well connected- 7min walk to Tooting overground which is on the thameslink and a 20min walk/ 5min bus to Tooting broadway which is on Northern line.
The house has a big garden and a dining room which gets heaps of sun year round. It’s super spacious with a large living room, each room also has a desk so suitable for WFH. There is 1 main bathroom with seperate toilet, largest room has a small ensuite. Bills are usually £100 monthly.
Youll be living with Leah from Aus 🇦🇺 and Jenny from Ireland 🇮🇪. You’ll need to undergo reference checks with our agent and sign onto a new 12 month lease.
