Females or trans women only

✔️ right next to the High street and all the shops, a massive park and a cute pond with fountains and geese 🪿
✔️ close to the station 🚊and bus stops 🚌

Please note:

❌ Ideally I am looking for someone who does not work from home all the time
❌ There is a kitchen to cook food and table to eat at but no living space/room to hangout
❌ I am looking for someone who is working full-time, references appreciated
❌ You will be living with me and my 10 years old son and our super friendly clingy sphynx cat, so cat lover is a must 🐱
