My name is Tom, a 37 year old professional guy and I'm looking for nice/friendly/tidy people to live with me. Im pretty laid back and enjoy socialising, cooking, fishing, cars, gardening and sports.

The house itself has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two reception rooms with log burning fire, a rear conservatory, south-facing garden, double garage, and off street parking for two cars on the driveway.

I use the top floor bedroom which has an en-suite bathroom so the two rooms for rent have use of their own bathroom on the first floor.
I'm looking for nice, genuine, friendly people who will be fun to live with. The rooms have been recently refurbished and re-painted.
The fourth bedroom will not be rented so will be used as a study/office.

The house is a 2 minute walk to Mitcham Eastfields station, which gets to Balham (Northern Line connection) in 7 minutes or to central London (Victoria) in 20 minutes, or London Bridge.
