• 10–15 mins walk to both Colliers Wood and Tooting Broadway Tube stations (Northern Line)
• Tooting mainline station just 5 mins walk away
• Frequent buses, including night buses, at the end of the road
• 2 Lidls and a Tesco Express within 5 mins walk, plus a big Sainsbury’s on the Broadway

💸 Rent: £800 per month
Includes all bills and Wi-Fi and you won’t have to personally deal with them.
As I’ll be away, I’d be looking for upfront payment to cover the 4-month stay.

You’ll be sharing with 2 lovely girls in their late 20s — one I’ve lived with for 3 years, and another who’s moving in next week (plus another we’re yet to find). Both are friendly, easy-going, and split their time between work, social life, and relaxing at home.
