Looking for someone to take over my room for a 3-month sublet, with the possibility to stay on longer if it’s a good fit. You’ll be sharing a comfortable, relaxed home with two full-time working Kiwis in their mid-20s. We’re tidy, easy-going, and looking for someone similar to keep the good vibes going.

Rent is 900 plus power and gas which average around 50 per month. Room is available as soon as possible.

Well connected with just a quick 7 min walk to the nearest tram to Wimbledon Station, 15min walk to colliers wood station for the Northern line. Shopping complex with gym, supermarket and T. K Max just 10 min walk away. Everything you could possibly need to thrive within walking distance.
