2 Large double rooms available. Both rooms are mainly furnished (one has built in wardrobes) in a furnished 3 bed house. House has a large south facing garden☀️ off street parking for one car and separate living room plus open plan kitchen/ dining space, with a shared bathroom. Will rent rooms separately or to friends - I'm moving out and so is another housemate.

Will be sharing with one relaxed female, who works full time (part wfh/ in office). Looking for another 2 young professionals who are clean, tidy and respectful. Looking for people who are independent but can get on well and love to have dinner or a glass of wine together when in.

Due to only one bathroom the rooms are for individuals, no couples (unless a couple would like to rent both rooms). Ideally looking for someone who is active and independent but also enjoys spending time with housemates.

Bedroom 1 available from 15th March and bedroom 2 available from 28th Feb but flexible so please message to discuss.

Easy transport links, 10 minute walk to Colliers Wood underground (northern line - you get a seat), 5 minutes from Tooting overground, bus stops at the end of the road.

Rent excludes bills which will be split between 3 people 😊
