Large double room available in lovely terraced house. (3 bed house but only 2 rooms will be rented so third small room will be free for office/ additional space)

The house has been a real home to a group of us (30) females for a number of years. We love a house plant, glass of wine and the occasional house meal. Sadly 2 of us are having to move out but looking to keep a similar cosy house vibe with a new housemate.

Looking for a young professional, who is independent, respectful, active, clean, likes to catch up when in over a meal/ wine or TV but are also happy to do their own thing. The house has a perfect South facing summer BBQ garden.

The room is furnished ( has built in wardrobes) in a furnished house. House has a large south facing garden☀️ off street parking for one car and separate living room plus open plan kitchen/ dining space, with a shared bathroom. Couples are welcome at an increased rent and would also have access/ use of the smaller room (for an office space)

I own the house but am moving to Brighton, it's been my home for 5 years so really care about the house being maintained well and also for my amazing friend who is staying to have a lovely new housemate and for it to continue to be a home for people.

Easy transport links, 10 minute walk to Colliers Wood underground (northern line - you get a seat), 5 minutes from Tooting overground, bus stops at the end of the road.

Rent excludes bills which will be split between 2 people (or 3 if a couple take the room) 😊
