Hi everyone - I’m looking for a housemate to join me in a lovely home near tooting station until the end of August (6 months).

The room is mainly furnished with built in wardrobes. House has a large south facing garden☀️ off street parking for one car and separate living room plus open plan kitchen/ dining space, with a shared bathroom.

Easy transport links, 12 minute walk to Colliers Wood underground (northern line - you get a seat), 5 minutes from Tooting overground, bus stops at the end of the road.

Looking for a young professional, who is independent, respectful, active, clean, like to catch up when in over a meal/ wine or TV but are also happy to do their own thing. The house has a perfect South facing summer BBQ garden.

A bit about me ... I currently work in ops for a charity, enjoy weekly netball and gym in my spare time. I love food and go through phases of loving to try new recipes or sticking with my regulars on repeat! I’m the classic mix of appreciate my own time and have my own group of friends in London but also love a debrief at the end of the day, tv show or the odd glass of wine/pint.

The house is owned by a lovely woman, who is one of the flatmates moving out. She is super helpful and on hand for any issues that come up.
