Homely 3 bed house, with two Large double rooms available. The house has been a real home to a group of 3 of us (30) females for a number of years. Sadly 2 of them are moving out but looking to keep a similar cosy house vibe with 2 new housemates.

Looking for young professionals, who are independent, respectful, active, clean, like to catch up when in over a meal/ wine or TV but are also happy to do their own thing. The house has a perfect South facing summer BBQ garden.

Both rooms are mainly furnished (one has built in wardrobes) in a furnished 3 bed house. House has a large south facing garden☀️ off street parking for one car and separate living room plus open plan kitchen/ dining space, with a shared bathroom. The rooms can be rented separately or to friends.

Easy transport links, 12 minute walk to Colliers Wood underground (northern line - you get a seat), 5 minutes from Tooting overground, bus stops at the end of the road.

The house is owned by a lovely woman, who is one of the flatmates moving out. She is super helpful and on hand for any issues that come up.
