A fully refurbished 4-bedroom/ 2 bathroom house with double glazing and individually controlled heating in each room, making it warm and comfortable year-round. Safe quiet residential area.

You’ll be sharing with 3 professionals (2 female, 1 male in their 20s/30s). We’re a laid-back, respectful household — we all have different schedules, so it’s a calm home, but we enjoy the occasional chat, movie or board game night when we’re all around. Shift workers and WFH welcome.

Located in a quiet but very well-connected area:

Under 5 mins walk from Mitcham Eastfields railway station (direct links into central London: Victoria in 20 mins, Clapham Junction 15mins; various Central London locations on the Thameslink in 30 mins or less)
~18 min walk to Tooting railway station (2 stops away from Wimbledon)
~10–15 min bus to Tooting Broadway station and Colliers Wood station
Bordering Streatham (SW16) and Tooting (SW17)

Lots of buses (including night routes) to Tooting, Sutton, Wimbledon, Brixton, etc., plus shops, gyms, pubs and restaurants nearby, as well as Figges Marsh Park accross the street.
