A little about us
We’re two late-twenties Northerners who moved to London over five years ago and originally met through a different house share.

We’re both full-time workers. Chlöe is an Event Manager and works from home four days a week, while Abigail is a professional dancer (she currently plays Upsy Daisy in the stage show of In the Night Garden) and also works as a Pilates instructor.
We’re both very personable, friendly and love a good chat (and being a little bit daft!).

Outside of work, we love galavanting around London, exploring new places, discovering good coffee and matcha spots, socialising and keeping active.

As housemates, we’re very clean and considerate and enjoy having a home that feels relaxed, friendly and comfortable. We’re sociable and would love someone who’s up for the occasional chat, coffee, drink or spontaneous adventure, but we’re equally happy doing our own thing and really value having our own space too.

Ultimately, we’re looking for someone who wants to feel at home rather than simply renting a room - someone friendly, respectful and easy-going who will enjoy being part of the household.

You'll be around a 10-minute walk from Tooting Broadway, with a great mix of independent cafés, brunch spots, restaurants, pubs, shops and bars. There are also two fantastic local markets packed with food, drinks and independent businesses.

Popular local spots include MUD, Brickwood, Milk and The Castle, which is particularly well known for its lovely beer garden.

It's a great spot for someone who wants the best of both worlds: a peaceful home on a residential street, while being just a short walk from one of South London's liveliest neighbourhoods with excellent transport links into Central London.
